    Shopper Research - In Store Observations and Interviews

    Our experienced team of in-store interviewers will observe shopper behaviour and engage with shoppers at the point of purchase or exit from store to provide insight on the primary drivers of shopper behaviour and product choice for your category.

    We will advise on the best method of collection for your survey using a variety of data capture tools (tablets, smartphones pen & paper). Data is coded and validated via our in house validation team and reported in a format that best suits your needs (Data or tables, on line portal or direct via email or FTP).

    Our in-house call centre, located at our St Albans offices, provides a state of the art CATI facility comprising 26 work stations. In addition to offering full service solutions to end clients, we also provide a data collection only service. Call recording is provided as standard and survey outputs are tailored to your specific requirements. We are experienced in both consumer and trade interviewing.
